Everything you need to know about delivery areas, delivery charges, ordering times and collection.
Delivery Availability
Cozinha das Manas offers delivery to selected areas at an additional cost. Delivery availability and charges depend on the customer's selected location.
Standard service hours: 10:00–20:00
Delivery available until: 19:00
Last standard order: 18:00

Free Delivery
Free delivery is automatically applied according to the delivery zone and applicable order value.
- Mozal and Cidade da Matola: free delivery from 1,000.00 MZN.
- Other listed delivery zones: free delivery from 2,500.00 MZN.
If your order is close to the free-delivery threshold, the website may inform you how much more you can add to unlock free delivery.
Ordering Times
Customers are encouraged to place orders in advance to allow sufficient preparation time.
- Business hours: 10:00–20:00
- Last standard order: 18:00
- Delivery service available until: 19:00
- Normal preparation time is generally 60–90 minutes, depending on the order.
- Family Pack orders require at least 24 hours' advance notice.
Orders placed after 18:00 are not automatically blocked. Customers should contact Admin before making payment to confirm whether the order can still be accepted.
Monday Service
On Mondays, Cozinha das Manas operates from 12:00 to 20:00.
Delivery service is not available on Mondays. Customers may arrange their own delivery service or collect their order.
Online orders can still be placed on Monday. The website will not block Monday orders because delivery is unavailable.
Correct Delivery Zone
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct delivery zone when placing an order.
If the selected zone does not correspond to the actual delivery location, Admin reserves the right to correct the delivery charge according to the actual location.
If the customer does not agree with the corrected delivery charge, the amount already paid may be fully refunded and the order cancelled.
Collection
Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from Cozinha das Manas where applicable.
On Mondays, collection is available during the stated operating hours.
Cancellation
An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been received or an arrangement has been made with Admin.
Standard Orders
Standard orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After this period, refunds are not available.
Family Pack Orders
Family Pack orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of the order being placed.
Cancellation requests must be made by phone. Cancellation requests sent by SMS, WhatsApp message, WhatsApp voice note or WhatsApp call are not accepted.
Order Confirmation
Payment instructions are provided during the checkout and order confirmation process.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received or an alternative arrangement has been agreed with Admin.
Cash on delivery is not available unless specifically arranged with Admin.
Orders That Cannot Be Fulfilled
If an order is placed after the standard ordering time and payment is made without prior confirmation, Admin will determine whether the order can be fulfilled.
If the order cannot be accepted, the payment may be fully refunded.
